01. How does the process work?
ONBOARDING// Once you fill out the inquire form you will be prompted to schedule a call with us. We will chat about your project and provide you with a quote. Once the quote is accepted, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your spot. A contract along with terms and conditions will need to be signed.
DISCOVERY// We will have a 1 hour long discussion about your business goals, vision, and ideas. We will discuss initial ideas and any questions you may have.
DESIGN// This is where the excitement begins! We will begin to design your project. We will contact you every step of the way.
REVISIONS// This is the time to provide us with quality feedback. We will make the necessary revisions for your project.
FINALIZATION// Your project is complete and we will send over your high resolution files so you can begin using.
02. How Long will my project take?
Each of our proposals and projects is as unique as the businesses we serve. The timeline for your project varies depending on your needs. Most projects take 4-6 weeks with proper feedback. Web design projects may take longer.
03. Will you show me how to work my website?
Each web design comes with a free customized tutorial on how to work your website. We also offer 30 days of free website support.
04. i don't see a package that fits my needs. do you provide custom packages for your clients?
Absolutely! We can cater to your business needs
05. How does this awesome service works?
After the signed contract is delivered, we will send over an invoice. You can choose to PAY IN FULL or choose a PAYMENT PLANS. Payments are made through the client portal.
06. Are SERVICES REFUNDABLE?
Due to the nature of the service provided, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
